- Operate water attractions efficiently and in a safely manner while providing professional lifeguarding.
- Enforce proper riding positions and safety procedures in a hospitable manner.
- Provide excellent guest service and assistance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid BC / NL Certificate.
- Ability to Successfully complete Ellis Lifeguard training course (on-site) and pass swimming test.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business.
- Ability to constantly work in an outdoor environment with exposure to a variety of weather.
- Ability to constantly remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged.
- Ability to constantly work in contact with slippery/ wet surfaces.
- Ability to constantly see with a visual acuity of 20/20; corrective lenses can be worn to achieve 20/20.
- Ability to constantly hear whistles.
- Ability to frequently bend, kneel, and squat.
- Ability to work with prolonged exposure to chemically treated water.
- Minimum 16 years of age.
